Our North Swedish horses are the heartbeat of Gaia Kratos. As biological combustion engines, they convert raw fiber into high-grade equine manure.

Johnson-Su Bioreactors
Equine manure undergoes controlled hot composting in our bioreactors. Without manual turning, continuous aerobic processes guarantee hygienic and highly efficient composting while preserving valuable fungal networks.
The Vermicomposting Station
Following the cooling phase, we inoculate the reactors with locally bred compost worms. They produce concentrated worm tea and refine the manure into black gold – our premium vermicompost.
Deep Litter: Our Hedemora Hens
A natural symbiosis of heritage breeds and intelligent logistics. Our Hedemora hens thrive on an active deep litter bedding system.
Through their relentless scratching, they aerate the material, recycle kitchen and garden scraps, and continuously generate nutrient-dense compost alongside egg production.
